Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastisol excellent in storage stability of a plastisol, low temperature curing property, adhesiveness to a coated metal surface of a cured product, coating property (coating appearance), chipping resistance and hot water resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a plastisol comprising the following (1) to (4): (1) an adhesiveness-imparting agent containing a main agent (M) comprising a blocked urethane prepolymer (C) obtained by reacting an active hydrogen component (A) containing a blocking agent (a1) and a polyol (a2) with an organic polyisocyanate component (B) and a curing agent (H); (2) a catalyst (S) represented by the general formula (1); (3) an acrylic polymer or a vinyl chloride polymer; and (4) a plasticizer. [n represents an integer of 2 to 6; Rrepresents H, a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an alkyl group substituted with a hydroxyl group or an amino group.]
