Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-bending device, with which a gripper end and a gripper tail can be formed on a printing plate used in a printing machine equipped with a three drum type folding roller part and on a printing plate used in a printing machine equipped with a two drum-type folding roller part. SOLUTION: A plate bending device 1 is equipped with a pedestal 2, keep plates 3 and 4, a gripper end plate-bending mechanism 5 and a gripper tail plate-bending mechanism 6. The gripper end plate-bending mechanism 5 is equipped with a gripper end plate bending stand 7 and a gripper end templet 8. The bending mechanism 6 is equipped with a gripper tail plate bending stand 12 and a gripper tail templet 13. On the pedestal 2, a first positioning pin group 15 is provided at a position nearer toward one side part and, at the same time, a second positioning pin group 16 is provided at a position hearer toward the other side part. The positioning pin groups 15 and 16 are provided at positions, either one of which does not interfere with the other at the positioning of printing plates 50a and 50b.
