Abstract:
To prevent friction of a floating plate with a circumferential face of a rotational shaft in a seal part, and to improve sealability.
In a plate brush sealing device 1, a shielding plate 3A is formed to an outer peripheral side of each sealing plate 3 of the seal part 6, and the floating plate 3B is formed to an inner peripheral arrangement surface to have a second inclination angle θ inclined in a rotation direction of the rotational shaft 60 within a range of 0 to 40° with respect to a contact surface direction of the circumferential face of the rotational shaft 60.
