Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plate for a building difficult to warp and having excellent strength and surface design properties.
SOLUTION: The plate for the building comprises a base plate, a waterproof layer formed on the plate, a cement mixture layer formed on the waterproof layer, and a light-weight cement layer formed by extrusion molding on the mixture layer in such a manner that the cement layer contains a cement of a blending ratio of 35 wt.% or less of the entire weight of the cement layer, an aggregate of 150 to 250 wt.% of the weight of the cement and reinforcing fibers of 2 to 9 wt.%.
