Abstract:
To provide a cleaning device and a cleaning method capable of executing plate cleaning by using water washing as main cleaning means, without using a large amount of a cleaning fluid or organic solvent, and without executing wiping which causes adhesion of foreign matters, for suppressing a residual ink due to cleaning failure or foreign matter adhesion, with low environmental load, for removing a non-water soluble nano fine particle dispersion ink adhered to a removal relief printing plate in plate cleaning for executing a reverse offset printing method, for providing a printed matter with high resolution.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to apply a peeling liquid to a removal relief printing plate to which a non-water soluble nano fine particle dispersion ink used in a reverse offset printing method, or immerse the removal relief printing plate in the peeling liquid, then spray water which may include a water soluble organic solvent to the removal relief printing plate, or after immersion, remove the water which may include a water soluble organic solvent and which is left on the removal relief printing plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
