Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for forming a repetitively usable plate and an image forming device which allows on-demand printing and reduces the effect to be exerted on the human body or environment.
SOLUTION: This plate forming method includes a stage of forming a photoreceptor by applying a tacky adhesive layer 13 decomposable by a photocatalyst irradiated with a laser beam on a substrate 11 including a photocatalyst layer 12 contg. the photocatalyst, a stage for forming a latent image by irradiating the photoreceptor with the laser beam thereby decomposing the tacky adhesive layer 13 and a stage for forming a hydrophobic resin layer 14 on the tacky adhesive layer 13 on the surface of the photoreceptor. This image forming device uses such plate.
