Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive plate heater having stable quality by preventing a connecting part from shifting or detaching during plate heater manufacture to improve work efficiency, solve quality problems concerning insulating properties, and reduce costs generated thereby.SOLUTION: The plate heater is so configured that a code heater 3 is disposed and fixed to an aluminum foil having a predetermined size in a meandering manner with a predetermined specification, both ends of the code heater 3 are connected to a lead wire 4 via a connecting portion 2, and a cross-sectional outline of a body in the connecting portion 2 is an ellipse.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
