PURPOSE: To obtain a plane-shaped heater which provides an optimum layout of a heater wire of a speaker-equipped plane-shaped heater and a signal line to the speaker and enhances productivity and provides a high reliability wider heating area.
CONSTITUTION: This heating equipment comprises a base material 6 where signal lines 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d, which transmit signals to a surface cloth 1, a rear material 2, a heater wire 5 and a speaker case (speaker) 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d, are preliminarily laid out in one piece. The surface cloth 1, the backing material 2 and the base material 6 are arranged in one piece. The heater wire 5 and the signal wires 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d are integrally laid out preliminarily on the base material 6 in such a fashion that an optimum span may be provided. This construction provide a plane-shaped heater which prevents thermal and tone quality adverse effect between the heater wire 5 and the signal lines 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d and more effective heating performance over a wider area.
