An adjusting bolt 34 is supported rotatably by a cap 31 and a support plate 33 tightened together on the base 2a of a notch 2 of a plate cylinder so that its movement in an axial direction is regulated in such a state that it is directed to the radial direction of the plate cylinder. A cam follower 36 is pivotally supported on a moving body 35 screwed with the adjusting bolt 34, and a cam plate 37 having a cam groove 37a in which the cam follower 36 is engaged is fixed on a vice base 6. The cam follower 36 moves in the radial direction of the plate cylinder by rotating operation of the adjusting bolt 34, whereby the vice base 6 moves in the axial direction of the plate cylinder by cam action of the cam follower 36 and the cam groove 37a.
