Abstract:
To provide plate-like magnesium oxide which shows excellent heat radiation properties even when a small amount thereof is incorporated into a resin; as well as to provide plate-like magnesium oxide having excellent transparency and useful as a reinforcing agent for resins.
Plate-like magnesium oxide has a thickness of crystals of ≤0.2 μm, a width of ≥1 μm, and an aspect ratio of ≥10.
