Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a plate making printing apparatus low in cost, shortened in printing time, not requiring the keeping place of a drum unit, good in workability and capable of obtaining printed matter free from the positional shift between printing images of first and second colors.
CONSTITUTION: A plate making printing apparatus is equipped with a manuscript reading part 20 reading a two-color manuscript as two image data corresponding to respective colors, a first plate making means 17 forming the perforated image corresponding to the first image data on a master 22, a second plate making means 87 forming the surface image corresponding to the second image data on the master 22, a first ink supply means 8 supplying ink to the perforated image from the inner peripheral surface of a plate cylinder 7 and a second ink supply means 28 supplying ink to the surface image formed on the master 22. The master 22 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 7 so that the surface image thereof is turned outside.
