Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid suction defects of the same type of part by automatically changing a designated value of suction position of the same type of part when a designated value of suction position of any one of a plate material part is changed.
SOLUTION: The controller is an apparatus for controlling a loader 2 provided with a suction member 3 and a suction member transfer means 4. Suction information groups 19 are provided in which designated values of suction positions Q being stopping positions at the time of sucking plate material parts M cut out with a plate processing machine 1 are set for each of the parts M in each blank material W. A loader controller 6 controls the positions Q according to the designated values. A suction position changing operation means 23 is provided to change the designated value of the position Q of a desired part M in the group 19. An identical part searching means 24 for searching a part identical to the part M for which the designated value of the position Q is changed and an automatic rewriting means 25 for rewriting the designated value of the each of the searched parts M are provided.
