Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable it to automate a series of operations ranging from the induction of a plate blank to positioning, edge preparation, cutting and parts delivery relatively easily, in time of manufacturing a plate part with a weld groove.

CONSTITUTION: A plate blank 3 is positioned and secured tight, and a groove part 4 of a plate part 2 is made up in this plate blank 3 by means of cutting work, and subsequently, a peripheral part of this plate part 2 is cut off. In succession, the plate part 2 is separated from the plate blank 3.
