Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance yields by easily discriminating between plates.
CONSTITUTION: An anode plate 8 is formed of a roughly square plate with a pair of corners on a diagonal cut at an angle of 30° to form cut-corner portions 8a, 8b. A cathode plate 9 is formed of a plate of the same shape as the anode plate 8, with a pair of corners on the diagonal cut at an angle of 30° to form cut-corner portions 9a, 9b so that the anode plate 8 and the cathode plate 9 are of different shapes.
