Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly peel a light control film from a plate for production of the light control film by a peeling roll and to make stable continuos production of the light control film by forming a cured ionization radiation curing resin so as to have groove which are band-shaped bank parts adjacently to the both side in the width direction of the light control layer to both sides of the plate surface for formation of a light control layer.
SOLUTION: The plate P for production of the light control film has the grooves 2, 2a adjacently to both sides in the width direction of the plate surface 1 for forming the light control layer. The grooves 2, 2a are formed to the position and groove width in and at which both ends of the coating width Wc of the ionization radiation curing resin liquid form the plate P for production of the light control film are confined respectively within the groove width W. At the time of coating, the ionization radiation curing resin liquid is packed at least part in the grooves 2, 2a and forms the substantial light control film between the groove 2 and the groove 2a. The groove bases (b) of the grooves 2, 2a are formed to the planes free from raggedness so as to allow the easy peeling of the ionization radiation curing resin which are the bank parts packed into the grooves from the grooves 2, 2a.
