Abstract:

To produce a heat plate having a low coefficient of thermal expansion, while keeping a high thermal conductivity with high productivity at low cost.

The heat plate 1 is produced by adding a low porosity thermal expansion retarding material 3, having a thermal expansion rate lower than a mother material of aluminum or aluminum alloy to the mother material and coating the surface layer thereof entirely or partially with a composite material layer 4, having lower content of the thermal expansion retarding material 3 than the inner layer part 5.
