Abstract:
To prevent air bubbles from being contained in an adhesive layer by bonding a glass plate and a ceramic plate material through the adhesive layer as a laminate to integrate them.
In a plate-shaped composite material wherein a glass plate 5 and a ceramic plate material 1 are bonded through thermosetting or thermoplastic adhesive layers 2, 4 as a laminate 10 and, in a method for producing the same, the adhesive layers 2, 4 are constituted so as not to contain air bubbles substantially. By this constitution, the pattern in a fabric or a decorative layer is prevented from becoming noise and air bubbles are not substantially present and, as a result, the strength of the plate-shaped composite material can be enhanced than before.
