Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-shaped conductor capable of obtaining excellent corrosion resistance, conductivity and wear resistance and attaining cost reduction.SOLUTION: A plate-like conductor 2 formed of a conductive material in a plate shape comprises: a first conductor layer 3 formed of a conductive material having conductivity or corrosion resistance lower as compared with gold or silver in a thin plate shape; a second conductor layer 4 formed of gold or silver in a film shape on a part of the surface of the first conductor layer by parcel plating; and a third conductor layer 5 covering the surface of the first conductor layer 3 without mounting the second conductor layer 4 and the surface of the second conductor layer 4 and having a smooth surface 5a without irregularity by burying depressions around the second conductor layer 4. The third conductor layer 5 is formed of a fluoride doped tin oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
