Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a plate-shaped molded object capable of being utilized as a crosstie capable of preventing the lateral shift of a ballast track while holding necessary rigidity or other civil engineering/building member.
CONSTITUTION: A plate-shaped molded object 1 is formed from a first layer 2 with density of 0.6-1.0g/cm3 composed of thermosetting resin foam having long fibers 4 embedded therein in the longitudinal direction thereof and a second layer 3 having density of 0.2-0.6g/cm3 lower than that of the first layer and the second layer 3 is formed in the recessed part 5 formed to the single surface of the first layer 2.
