Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve finishing accuracy of each surface, perpendicularity for a plate plane, positioning accuracy between each surface and a degree of parallelization by shaving a specified range of at least one surface of an engaged surface with a sprocket, a pin hole inside surface and a back face.
SOLUTION: A plate 1 has two pin holes 2 and engaged surfaces 3, 4 with a sprocket when it is organized as a chain. After a blank material is punched and formed on a contour of the plate 1 having a pair of teeth parts, the pin holes 2 and a back face 5 and the blank material is punched into the engaged surfaces 3, 4, shaving S is performed over a range of 70% or more of plate thickness on inside surfaces of the pin holes 2, the engaged surfaces 3, 4 and the back face 5. As a result, a degree of parallelization of each surface and perpendicularity for the plate plane are improved, smoothing accuracy of each surface when it is organized as a chain and contact area are improved, wear elongation is reduced, fatigue strength is improved, wear of each surface is reduced, and vibration and noise at the time of a traveling is reduced.
