Abstract:
To provide a plate transfer system of a printing machine in which work for replacing a plate can be automated.SOLUTION: The plate transfer system of a printing machine comprises: printing units 15A, 15B, 15C and 15D comprising plate cylinders which plates can be attached to and detached from; a plate attachment/detachment device for attaching and detaching the plates to and from the plate cylinders; trays 3 in which plates 2 that are attached to the plate cylinders are stored; and first transfer means 6 that are installed in the printing units 15B and 15D. The first transfer means 6 are configured to enable the trays 3 to be transferred between a first position close to the plate attachment/detachment device and a second position away from the plate attachment/detachment device more than the first position, and are configured to enable the plates stored in the trays 3 positioned at the first position to be transferred to the plate attachment/detachment device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
