Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a liquid film of uniform and appropriate thickness on a heat transmission surface without increasing the spray amount of a drop-wise fluid and providing a separate member for forming a gap in a liquid film flowing down type heat exchanger.
SOLUTION: In the liquid film flowing down type plate type heat exchanger, a first fluid X is dropped to any one side surface side of heat transmission plates 11A, 11B by a fluid spraying groove 15 having a predetermined structure and is diffused and made to flow down in the liquid film state and heat exchange is carried out with a second fluid Y flowing on the other side surface side. A fluid diffusion part 17 having a projection/recessed part structure for diffusing the first fluid X on the whole of the heat transmission surface is provided between a spraying hole 15a for the first fluid of the fluid spraying groove 15 and the main heat transmission surface of the heat transmission plates 11A, 11B. The fluid diffusion part 17 is positioned below the spraying hole 15a for the fluid X by a predetermined dimension L or more. The first fluid X dropped from the spraying hole 15a for the first fluid X directly collides in the dropping off state without transmitting on wall surface 11c, 11c of the heat transmission plates 11A, 11B and is effectively diffused to right and left sides.
