A surface decorative material 20 is stuck to the surface of a base material 10 formed with a wooden fiber plate manufactured by a dry method and having the specific gravity of 0.8 or above to form a rectangular plate. A surface side cut section is formed at one end section of the long side, and a back face side cut section is formed at the opposite other end section, respectively. A groove 17 is formed on one end face of the short side, and a male tongue 18 couplable with the groove 17 is formed on the opposite other end face, respectively. A groove 13 is formed on the end face 11a of the surface side cut section, and a male tongue 14 couplable with the groove 13 is formed on the tip end face 10b of one end section having the back face side cut section, respectively. The recess 15 is formed on the lower face of the surface side cut section, and the projection 16 couplable with the recess 15 is formed on the upper face of the back face side cut section, respectively.
