To form a large plate by a method wherein a triangle with a fixed size is defined as a base shape and a plurality of the triangles are assembled to form plates with various shapes, which then are put together to be arranged in a plate frame without clearance.

Each plate 3 is formed into a triangle with a fixed size. For example, an equilateral triangle is defined as base shape 1 and the base shape 1 and a plurality thereof are assembled to allow the formation of plates 3 with various shapes.
