In the plating metal, a nonmetal fine particle inorganic dispersion substance as particles with the maximum size of ≤50 μm is dispersed, and the area of the surface in the inorganic dispersion substance located in the surface of the plating metal is 1 to 30% of the area of the surface in the plating metal.
