Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin plated product having high adhesion strength between a plated layer and a body to be plated, and having sufficient surface appearance even when the plated layer is thin.SOLUTION: The plated product comprises a body to be plated having a resin layer including a thermoplastic resin composition on the surface and a plated layer provided thereon. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: a graft copolymer (I) obtained by graft co-polymerizing a monomer mixture including at least an unsaturated nitrile monomer and an aromatic vinyl monomer with a rubbery polymer; and a styrene based copolymer (II) using at least the unsaturated nitrile monomer and the aromatic vinyl monomer as a constituent. The maximum height difference of irregularities on the surface of the body to be plated is 200 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
