Abstract:

To provide a platemaking on a regenerative printing machine and a printing method.

(A) A photosensitive planographic plate is (21) formed by supplying and applying a photosensitive plate agent composed of a photopolymerizable composite on a base (3) fixed on a plate cylinder (21) from a plate agent supplying mechanism (4). (B) The photosensitive planographic plate is exposed by an exposure mechanism (5), thereafter (C) a platemaking processing agent is supplied on the exposed photosensitive planographic plate from a platemaking processing material supplying mechanism, furthermore a physical stimulus is given as occasion demands and an image is formed. (D) Printing ink and dampening water are supplied on a surface of the image on the photosensitive planographic plate from an ink applying device (6) and a dampening device (7) respectively. A plate cylinder (21), the blanket cylinder (22) and an impression cylinder (23) are rotated in contact with each other and printing papers are inserted between the blanket cylinder (22) and the impression cylinder (23) and printing is done. Thereafter,(E) a base is regenerated by removing an image part on the base (3) by plate agent removing mechanisms (81)-(85).
