Abstract:
To provide a platen for calcination which enables simple and low-cost manufacture without high-cost working of through holes, grooves, etc., and does not shift a treating board even if it is moved at a high speed.
The arithmetic mean roughness Ra based on JIS of a surface on a PDP-treating-board touching side of the platen for calcination is made to satisfy 1.0 μm≤Ra≤5.0 μm, and the maximum height Ry based on JIS is made to satisfy 7 μm≤Ry≤20 μm.
