An assembly 108 is provided with a conductive frame 140 from which a plurality of legs (150, 166) are extended, a platform PC board 110 on which a regulator 130 is mounted and conductors 144, 160 coupled with the PC board 110. The first surface and second surface of the PC board 110 are respectively provided with electric contacts and conductors 144, 160 connected to the electrical contact at the first surface are connected to the power surface. While the conductive frame 140 connected to the electrical contact of the second surface is connected to the ground surface to form an input/output terminal to a regulator 130 to be mounted. This platform is connected on the substrate, so that the regulator output end portions (144, 150) formed as explained above are provided near the microprocessor, and this assembly covers the other parts on the substrate from the upper direction.
