Abstract:

To provide a plating apparatus in which a metal plating is difficult to be deposited on an inner wall of a plating bath, a pipe and a valve, and the precipitated metal plating can be easily removed even when the metal plating is deposited.

This plating apparatus comprises the plating bath having an opening part in a bottom part or in the vicinity of the bottom part, a resin film which is fitted to the inner wall of the plating bath in an attachable/ detachable manner, has a bag-like shape opened upwardly and has an opening part at the position corresponding to the opening part of the plating bath, and the resin film which is connected to the opening part of the resin film fitted to the inner wall of the plating bath and has a cylindrical shape provided in an extended manner from the opening part of the plating bath.
