Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the outflow from the electrode of a soluble anode material while enhancing the makeup property of the soluble anode material to the electrode.
CONSTITUTION: This plating device body is provided with the electrode to be plunged into a cylinder 1b in the state of supporting a cylinder block 1. The electrode is composed of an inside cylindrical part 8 and an outside cylindrical part 9. A pellet housing part 7 having an upper opening is formed between these inside and outside cylindrical parts and pellets 10 are housed therein. The sealing member of a jig 20 which is mounted at the cylinder block at the time of plating and seals the upper aperture of the cylinder 1b is provided with a housing part cover 26 consisting of a perforated metal, etc., for closing the upper opening part of the pellet housing part 7 of the electrode in the state that the cylinder 1b is supported by a supporting block.
