To provide a planting panel which is simply laid on a vertical wall or a slope, capable of surely and readily securing water supply to the plants and retainability, etc., and with a relatively simple constitution in the planting panel applicable to roofs or outer walls of a building, sound-insulating walls of an expressway, etc.

This greening panel comprises a panel frame 2 having an upper frame 2a, a lower frame 2b and side frames 2c, perforated plates 3 such as punching metal, mesh, etc., to be attached to the surface/the back of each frame, a filler 4 of a granular substance such as gravel, sand, etc., or a fibrous substance having water permeability and water retainability to be packed into spaces between the perforated plates and vegetation mats 5 each to be attached to at least one perforated plate 3. The upper frame 2a, plural middle bones 2e and the lower frame 1b are each provided with water supply holes 6 to give the greening panel 1 integrated with a water supply system in the inside.
