Abstract:

To easily form a zinc oxide layer used for a photoelectric layer of a dye-sensitized solar cell on a film member.

In a manufacturing system 1 for the dye-sensitized solar cell, a resin film 91, of which a conductive layer has been formed, is pulled out from a roll 90 to be pasted onto a frame 8 and a frame 80 with film member 92 pasted onto the frame 8 is obtained by cutting the film 91, by a pasting device 101. Further, the zinc oxide layer is formed on the conductive layer of the film member 92, by reversing the frame 80 with film upside down and performing plating by a plating device 104 while rotating the frame 80. Thereafter, the frame 80 with film is reversed upside down again and washed and dried in the state that the film member 92 is pasted onto the frame 8. The zinc oxide layer to be the photoelectric layer can be easily formed on the film member by treating them in the state that the film member 92 is pasted onto the frame 8.
