A central control device 5 starts transmitting operation of information transmitting means 3 fitted to a ball 4 and players, at the same time a game starts, and time intervals of information to be transmitted from the ball 4 and the players are set and made controllable. A radio transmitting/ receiving means 6 periodically receives information transmitted from the information transmitting means 3, and stores position coordinate data by adding received time data into a data storage means 7. The central control device 5 reads, from the data storage means 7, information such as position coordinates, time information, etc., of the information transmitting means 3 fitted to the ball 4 and each player, and pass them to a picture image processing means 8 for generating positions of the ball 4 and the players on a picture image display means 9 based on the information.
