PURPOSE: To considerably improve the running capacity and to simplify the structure by providing a rear wheel steering mechanism which steers a rear wheel in the direction having a phase equal or opposite to the phase of the steering direction of a front wheel.

CONSTITUTION: A knuckle member 22 is coupled to a coupling member 21 and is rotated through a coupling rod members 42 and 43 to change the direction of rear wheels 2c and 2d. A bracket 40 constitutes a rear wheel steering mechanism 4 together with a T-shaped bracket 41, coupling rod members 42 and 43, and a coupling rod 44. The steering direction of rear wheels has the opposite phase when the rear end part of the coupling rod 44 is coupled to the side of an arm part 41a, and this direction has the same phase when it is coupled to the side of an arm part 41b. Consequently, since the minimum radius of rotation is made smaller than that of a play vehicle having a 2WS mechanism, the course layout is narrowed and the running capacity adapted to a vehicle running course is easily obtained.
