PURPOSE: To variously change and regulate the flying distance, rising speed, lowering speed, oscillating state and rotating state of a ball by making the weight of a variable balance equal or more to the weight required to stay a ball body in which a gas lighter than the air is sealed in the air, and dividing the balance into several parts.

CONSTITUTION: A minute regulating variable balance 5 is provided with a first minute regulating variable balance 51, a second minute regulating variable balance 52, a third minute regulating variable balance 53, a fourth minute regulating variable balance 54, and a fifth minute regulating variable balance 55. An optional one is selected to regulate an optional weight, and a variable balance 4 and the minute regulating variable balance 5 are received in the receiving bag 2 of a ball body 1. Thus, a plurality of the variable balance 4 and the minute regulating variable balance 5 are received in the receiving bag 2 of the ball body 1 after optionally regulating the weights of the variable balance 4 and the minute regulating variable balance 5, whereby the total weight of the ball body 1 can be optionally regulated and changed. Thus, the flying distance, rising speed, and lowering speed of the ball body 1 can be optionally regulated and changed.
