Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a playing device which enables a player to freely set the ways of muting by a simple method without increasing tracks in spite of an increase in the kinds of automatic playing data desired to be separately muted in the automatic playing data included in a portion of playing parts and a memory medium.
SOLUTION: The automatic playing data consisting of headers, drum tracks and backing tracks are loaded and drum timbres are allocated to respective drum pads P1 to P7 and foot pedals F1 and F2 according to the drum timbre kits of the default stated at the headers. The note event data stored in the drum tracks are grouped to three drum parts according to respective note numbers and the respective drum parts operate respective switches 2a to 2c disposed respectively in correspondence thereto, by which the muting states are controlled.
