A sheet of paper is first folded by folding paper pieces 1, 2, 3 over upper portions 7, 8, 9, then the paper piece 2 is folded over the paper piece 1, and triangular decorative pleats 18, 19, 20 are folded into pleats at dashed creases 13, 15, 16. A paper piece on a surface with the decorative pleats is folded over the paper pieces 1, 8 at a dashed line of a crease 6, an upper opening lid paper piece 1' is folded back, and a left side 21 of the surface is colored in red for a celebration and black for a condolence. A portion 5 to mention a title and a name at the center is folded like pleats via creases 11, 12. Since the sheet is folded like a bag, money can be easily put in/out by the upper opening lid paper piece 1' without removing ceremonial paper strings.
