PURPOSE: To easily cut a screw to a proper length size according to the work location by providing a female screw hole for inserting the screw and a cutting hole for cutting the screw on a pair of pliers.

CONSTITUTION: When a screw 3 on the market has a size different from the required size in the electrical work or various works, the length of the screw must be adjusted. A pair of pliers 1 are opened so that a female screw hole 4 coincides with the center of a cutting hole 5, and the screw 3 is inserted into the female screw hole 4 to the position to be cut. When the pliers 1 are closed, the screw 3 is cut while screw ridges are not broken by the cutting hole 5. The length of the screw 3 can be optionally set, and the work efficiency can be improved with no trouble that the pliers 1 are replaced with a screw cutter.
