Title:
PLUG BODY WITH CHECK VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014190365
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid leakage, i.e. improve sealability in the case that a fluid pressure is added to a plug body with a check valve.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a plug body 1 with a check valve in which one end of a cylindrical plug body 2 is applied as an open end and the other end is constituted by a resilient member closing by a check valve 3, the check valve includes first, second and third crest type parts 31, 32, 33 cooperatively closing the other end of the plug. The first crest type part comprises a first linear belt-like apex surface part 31a, a pair of first slant surface parts 31e descending slant from both sides of a width direction of the first apex surface part, and a pair of first wall surface parts 31h descending from both longitudinal sides of the first apex surface part and connected to the plug body and the first apex surface part has a slit 31b in parallel with its longitudinal direction. Each of the second and third crest type parts protrudes from the first slant surface part to a width direction of the first apex surface part and connected to the plug body at its lower end. Three crest type parts cause rigidity of the check valve to be improved and sealability of the slit to be improved.
