Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compatible plug connector and connector cable capable of commonly connecting with two types of receptacle connector of different shape.SOLUTION: A plug connector 1 includes a shell 2 shaped to fit to any one of receptacle connectors of different shape, a plug board 3 provided at the tip of opening of the shell 2, a first contact group 10 supported on the surface of the plug board 3, and contacts 11-18 of 8-pin configuration are arranged on the outer surface of the shell 2, and a second contact group 20 supported on the back of the plug board 3, and contacts 21-25 of 5-pin configuration are arranged on the inner surface of the shell 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
