PURPOSE: To avert the permissible errors which give rise to a problem by the position of a plug connector and the connection point of a hollow section by providing the area of the connection point of the plug connector 1 for the hollow section of a spacer holding frame for insulating glass panes with a bottom plate.

CONSTITUTION: A desiccant is packed into the hollow section 9 of the spacer holding frame for the insulating glass panes. A central web 2 of a U-shape of the plug connector 1 having a U-shaped section and/or side webs 3 are supported by many elastic supporting elements 11. The bottom plate 6 is formed in the area at the connection point of the plug connector 1 and the hollow section 9 to close the hollow space 12 in the plug connector 1 on the lower side.
