PURPOSE: To provide a plug door device in which the opening or closing of the door is smooth and the manhours for assembling the door into a vehicle body can be reduced.
CONSTITUTION: A plug door device in which the door 3 provided to the entrance 2 of a vehicle body 1 is pushed out toward the vehicle body 1 side, and also it is opened or closed along the side surface of the vehicle body 1 comprises an upper rail 4. a door front rail 5, and a door rear rail 6 that is extended toward the inside surface of the vehicle body 1 in parallel therewith; and the upper rail 4 is engaged with the upper part on the door front side via a connecting part 9, and also the door front rail 5 and the door rear rail 6 are engaged with the door front lower part and the door rear lower part via guide members 7, 8 respectively. By connecting the connecting part 9 to a driving part 10, the door front upper and lower parts and the door rear lower part are guidedly supported for opening or closing the door 3. The connecting part 9 is engaged with the upper rail 4 via a spherical bearing at the point A, and an upward movement regulating part by means of a lateral V-groove and conical rollers is provided between the door rear guide 7 and the door rear rail 6, so that the inclination error due to sheet metal work can be absorbed, and also the floating up of the door rear lower part can be prevented.
