Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plugged door device in a railway vehicle that enables easy stroking at both upper and lower door portions.
SOLUTION: Upper and lower guide rails 14 and 15 are provided for guiding upper and lower portions of a door 13 on upper and lower portions of a door opening of a vehicle body 11. The door 13 is moved inward of the vehicle body once by driving the door upper portion by an air cylinder 31, and then moved to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle (forward or backward). For the stroke volume toward the vehicle inward side upon the door opening, the lower door portion by the rail 15 has smaller volume than the upper door portion by the rail 14.
