CONSTITUTION: This is composed of a clamp body 2, which has a hook 6 to be hooked on an aerial cable 5, and a cap 3, which has a plumb mount, and one end of the cap 3 is attached capably of rotation in vertical direction by means of a hinge 4 to the bottom of the clamp body 2, and the center of the clamp body 2 and the other end of the cap 3 are made to be capable of connection, and the head of other end of the cap 3 thrusts at the hook 6 to prevent the slip out. Laying the hook 6 of the clamp body 2 on the areal line 5 in condition that the cap 3 having a plumb 7 attached is let down under the clamp body 2 will open the interval between the areal line 5 and the plumb 7 widely, which enables an armored rod 12 to be wound on the aerial line 5 with good efficiency Accordingly, the prevention effect of the galloping can be improved by narrowing the interval between the aerial line 5 and the plumb 7.
