Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the car loading ability, weight and cost of a plunger pump. SOLUTION: A plunger pump is provided with a plunger 62 which is slidably accommodated in a cylinder 60 with its one end protruded fron the opened end of the cylinder 60, abuts against a cam 65 rotated by a motor at one end, is energized in an abutting direction to the cam 65 by a return spring 64 and reciprocates with the rotation of the cam 65; a pump chamber 63 formed between the other end of the plunger 62 and the cylinder 60; an inlet path 68 provided in the other end part of the cylinder 60; an outlet path 66 composed of an axial hole 62a axially formed from the other end of the plunger 62, a radial hole 62b radiaily pierced and a cylinder hole 60b formed so as to pierce the cylinder 60; a suction valve 67 which is provided in the inlet path 68 and permits the flowing-in of fluid into the pump chamber 63; and a discharge valve 69 which is provided in the axial hole 62a and permits the flowing-out of fluid from the pump chamber 63.
