Abstract:
To further enhance a configuration for preventing pump stop caused by deposition or fixture even under every use condition.SOLUTION: A plunger pump comprises: a cylinder including a cylinder chamber insides; a plunger which is disposed so as to freely move back and forth with respect to the cylinder chamber in such a manner that an outer peripheral surface is brought into slide contact with an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, and with which a cut face is formed in an outer periphery of a distal end portion; and a suction port and a discharge port which are provided in the cylinder so as to communicate to the cylinder chamber. The plunger pump is configured to transfer a fluid by alternately communicating the suction port and the discharge port to the cylinder chamber by reciprocally moving the plunger in an axial direction while rotationally moving it with respect to the cylinder chamber. The cylinder further comprises a seal part which includes a cylinder body and a spacer part which is mounted in an inner portion of the cylinder body at a proximal end side and slid with a portion of the plunger closer to the proximal end than a portion moving back and forth from/toward the cylinder chamber, is provided at the proximal end side of the cylinder and seals the cylinder body, the plunger and the spacer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
