To reduce a frictional coefficient of a sliding member in a compressor, and improve seizing resistance by forming a dry lubricating film made of solid lubricant and binder on a sliding member in a compressor and a sliding surface, and forming a solid lubricant film on the dry lubricating film by means of blast coating.
In a rotary vane type compressor of a vehicular air conditioner, a vane 8 to be projected/retracted is inserted in a vane throttle 7 of a rotor, and is slid to the inner wall of a cylinder, a front side plate, and a rear side plate. In this case, a dry lubricating film 22-1 made of solid lubricant and binder is formed on a surface which is slid relating to the side plate of the vane 8. Solid lubricant fine powder and synthetic resin powder flows in high pressure gas body, a solid lubricant film 22-2 formed by injecting from a nozzle of a high pressure gas body including solid lubricant fine powder and synthetic resin powder toward a sliding surface of a member is formed on a treatment surface to be filmed, and thereby, a layered by lubricating film is formed.
