Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plywood laminate including an individual soft magnetic sheet having a magnetic characteristic suitable for an electromagnetic coil system, an electromagnetically-actuated apparatus of an electromagnetic injection valve, and a simple method of producing the same.SOLUTION: The plywood laminate is formed of a plurality of roughly U-shaped soft magnetic individual sheets 18. The individual sheets 18 are bent like an involute curve in the plywood laminate. Each of them is laminated to form an outside partition part 14 and an inside partition part 15 and to have a U-shaped region as a leg part in the plywood laminate. A rectangular recessed part corresponding to the U-shaped region, when the individual sheet 18 is in a non-curved state, is located at an equal distance from side faces of the individual sheet 18.
