To provide a pneumatic conveying method and system allowing long-distance pneumatic conveying by effectively functioning compressed air injected in the middle of a pneumatic conveying passage for pneumatic conveying of fluidic object, and economically and efficiently determining compressed air quantity used in general pneumatic conveying.
When in the pneumatic conveying passage pre-blocking state for pneumatic conveying of fluidic object in the pneumatic conveying passage by injecting original part compressed air to an original part of the pneumatic conveying passage and gradually decreasing injected quantity and in the pneumatic conveying passage blocking state for disabling injection, middle part compressed air is injected to an extension middle part of the pneumatic conveying passage, canceling the pneumatic conveying passage pre-blocking state and the pneumatic conveying passage blocking state for enabling injection of the original part compressed air. After canceling the pneumatic conveying passage pre-blocking state and the pneumatic conveying passage blocking state, middle part compressed air and original part compressed air are injected into the pneumatic conveying passage for pneumatic conveying of fluidic object.
